I currently live @ The villages but am moving out next month because the rent is too high. Everything else is very nice, clean, and taken care of. Management always responed promptly to maintenance calls and it was fixed that day. I just wish they were stricter on the parking. Visitors were always parking in tenant's parking, especially out-of-towners. The gym and other facilities are very nice and well maintained. Management is very friendly. I have no complaints.

I agree with Anonymous lacked in parking problems and too expensive. Landscaper this year did not pull weeds or lay mulch.They blow cut grass on to your balcony and in your doorway, They built a building to close to the property line, not a great view for the apartments bordering.
