LIVED HERE FOR 4 YEARS AND HAVE FINALLY HAD ENOUGH. MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST. WALLS ARE THIN AND CAN HEAR ANY AND EVERYTHING. RECENT SHOOTING WITHIN COMPLEX DURING SUMMER AND KEPT A SECRET BY MANAGEMENT. HOW SAFE IS THAT' THE CATS DID SUDDENLY DISAPPEAR!!! RENT INCREASES EVERY YEAR AND GET NOTHING FOR IT. I FULLY SUPPORT EVERY NEGATIVE COMMENT WRITTEN ABOUT THIS PLACE AND THINK 43% REFERRAL IS TO MUCH. WATCH YOUR VALUEABLES CLOSELY, YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE YOUR LOCKS FOR A REASON OBVIOUSLY.

I find it very fishy that when negative reviews are posted, there is an immediate response. They are obviously being written by "management". Believe what you read from former residents. You can do much better than this complex.

I also live at Villages At Bey Lea. If it is so bad, why did you stay for four years. Personally, I do not hear my neighbors and I find the people to be very friendly. In addition, there was not a shooting in the complex. It is a safe and comfortable place to live. It's a shame that people use this site to tell lies and fabrications!

im live here for 4 years already. i love management. They always help. Nice place to live. We lived in Fairways before and that's worst place on the planet. Office lady Patricia is one nasty woman. She hate the kids. Only promised, they going to build pool every year but never happen. We love bey lea. Vlasto from 1007
