This is such a nice complex. My first choice was Fairways but when they did not have anything available in the time I needed, someone told me about these. They are very clean, NO roaches, mice or bugs. You can tell they are well taken care of and the grounds are nice. Quiet, not junkies, or punks. Nice family people and commuters.
I would highly recommend. They have a section in the front and a section down a hill and those apartments have terrace/balcony. The A/C units are in the wall and the head heat is zoned so you can control. Their leases always go fast so get on while it is advertised.
