Poorly built...I could hear and smell everything from the other apartments. I heard kids playing video games and adults just having normal conversations. I also had a problem with the smell of curry coming into my apartment from the tenants that lived downstairs. Also, during the winter the stairs were so icy that I put down my own salt.
