i think its a grate place to live the rental office does things with you kids like take them on trips the sale baked good and have free food shopping days its affordable if u no longer have a job the rental office will work with you and u wont have to pay rent as long as you prove you dont have a job. if u need to pay electric and dont have money for it they will give you the money to pay it.maintnace it always there to fix things 24 hrs a day

the other rating thought it was great with the gang activity, and an easy place to score drugs. what about you? are you getting high on the "ham" as well.

winteringham sucks.!
i live here now and all of those things are great but what about the frequent inspections and the maitnence workers rig everything, its a bad neighborhood and a lot of alchaol and drugs here.
