we love this place ! - we move there 4 years ago. We newer ever had any problem with anything !!! Management are friendly and helpfull. Little bit expensive, but nice place to stay. This place is a pure dump. Leaks everywhere. My upstairs bathtub comes through the ceiling of the downstairs half bath. Mold is everywhere. It has been that way since the day I moved in. My hot water is non existent (I'm told nothing is wrong with it) The majority of the tenants are low life.
