Carteret is turning into a ghetto property because of new owner.

Carteret was good before Connelly bought it. It's been nothing but downhill since. They lie about the extras, the maintenance staff is limited to two people, washers, dryers constantly broken. NO 24 HOUR EMERGENCY STAFF and if you need it THEY CHARGE YOU. They got rid of mail pick up, rent drop off, and the store downstairs is run by a chinaman who purchases expried items and sells them for 5x what they are worth. Turning into a ghetto property at an alarming rate.
