 ALTHOUGH I HEARD PEOPLE COMPLAINING A LOT, MY SHORT STAY AT CARTERET ARMS WAS VERY PLEASANT. THE STAFF IS COURTIOUS AND THE APARTMENTS ARE SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. I AGREE THAT MAINTENANCE COULD BE BETTER, BUT FOR THE PRICE!!!!($800 FOR SINGLE ... more
