I lived here for 3 years and wish I didn't have to move. The apartment was incredibly spacious with three full floors and plenty of storage! The kitchen could have used new cabinets and more of them, but I did have a new stove and oven and a dishwasher. I did have one major problem in three years when a pipe burst while I was away and flooded the basement, however the management discovered the problem and was quick to fix the damage before I even returned. Overall I highly recomend Delaware Heights!!!
