My husband and I have lived here for more than 4 years and love it. It is very spacious and they allow us to have our 2 cats. It is extremely spacious and even has a full finished tiled basement with an extra bathroom. Whenever we have a problem, maintenance is always courteous,friendly and prompt. We are by the woods and are allowed to put out a bird feeder and even get to watch deer come by our feeder. Price is kind of high, but all apartments in NJ are expensive and keep in mind this includes two bathrooms. Parking lot is on a hill which can be a little difficult in winter, but they plow, salt & sand frequently in winter.
