I would not recommend Delaware Heights for the following reasons...

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006

1- $40-$50 rent increase annually.
2- Parking issues for tenants... fix - assigned parking for staff only
3- Drug dealers - staff and tenants
4- Unprofessional/rude staff corp. and at complex
5- Rents 1-bedroom apartments to 6 students/roommates
6- Loud music
7- Dirty playground
8- Office staff apartment had deck installed from front porch fence and deck from the back porch
