Apartment needs some improvments in certain ares, such as safe and upgrad play ground, better appalinces(newer), need to check people's backaround when they appaly for the apartment. The price of this place is moderate but still with that money I would rather have smaller place with modern style where children can safely play outside.

my biggest problem with the maintence staff was that they were all crackheads.....i would rather fix something myself then let those junkies into my home!!!!!
