Never ever..A Terrible Place to Live..

Even if someone paid me a million dollars I would NEVER EVER live in Delaware Heights Apartments. There is NO safety, ALOT of Loud Noise - Crazy drunk people having parties, NO Security at ALL..I CANT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS TERRIBLE PLACE!
