I lived in Delaware Heights for a year and a half. The only problem I ever had was a leaky air conditioner. There was a shooting here not too long ago, but my particular "cul-de-sac" of apartments has always been quiet and safe. My neighbors were friendly and the maintenance people came quickly. If you do move here, just make sure you pick an apartment in a "cul-de-sac" with nice neighbors.
