This comlex has shown some improvement in recent months. A large Asian population has moved in. Most are family oriented. They are good neighbors, quiet, respectful, and unlike some previous tenants do not appear to be involved with gangs.

I totally disagree that this is a safe place. Management is EXTREMLY carefree because they don't pay rent. Most of the time, management has no clue what's happening around in the complex. Drug activity HAS increase (take a drive around at night near the playground and laundry room). Lastly, some of the neighbors let thier dogs/cats crap anywhere and just leave it. "There's nothing I can do" says management.
