I looked at virtually every apartment complex in Mercer County while looking to move. I found Delaware Heights to be the largest apartments with the best neighbours. I think the bad reviews on this site are from residents that dont want anyone to find out about this best kept secret in the area. The only drawback I can think of is the 70s esque exterior, but then again the 70's are cool again arent they'

This "deej", you really have no clue about your surroundings. Maybe b/c your research is inadequet. I know for a fact that crime is getting worse in the complex. In fact, GO TO THE EWING PD and get the stats on this apt. Just the other day there was a burgulery and nothing was done (other than what police invest). BEST KEEP SECRET? where did you live before? Sad!!!
