When it rains, the sidewalks have huge puddles, if you enjoy having wet legs and feet all day at work then move here. If you try to walk in the grass to avoid the puddles on the sidewalk then you step in dog feces. No one cleans up after their pets. The dumpsters can be filled for two weeks and when you crack your window you get the nice smell of garbage in your apartment.

The inside temperature is either ice cold or very hot because the baseboard heating is old. The same goes for water, either you get an ice cold shower or it's too hot.

The management are the equivalent of slum lords. They don't care if you pay your rent on time, they treat you like you don't pay.

If you call about any issues, including loud neighbors, they say call the Police, not their problem even though the lease says that you are entitled to quiet enjoyment.

Maintenance does not respond to requests and they do not know how to fix anything.

There is no lighting and plenty of places for a bad guy to grab a woman by herself. The laundry rooms only have four washers and two dryers and they are always in use. Be prepared to fight for it or have your clothes removed out of the dryer before they are done and thrown on the counter, wet. The laundry rooms are dangerous for a woman alone.

The property looks nice but is deceiving. There is gang activity around here and it gets bad, don't rent here.

I am very confused if you really know Dover Manor Apartments. I've lived there and I've never had any of these problems. I highly recommend it!

that is just the beginning of the problems with this dump
