I used to live at Dover Manor and had nothing but a pleasant feeling. The staff was really nice and the Maintenace men live on site so if there is a emergency after hours you don't have to wait forever for someone to come like most places. I always felt safe coming home after work. I would recommend Dover to anyone who likes to talk to there neighbors. They are very close nit community!
