Overall I'm happy. It's my first apartment and I'm pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately they removed the carpets and now I have hardwood floors. My downstairs neighbor can hear every footstep I make, but he has been a good sport about it. I leave my windows open at night and don't really hear any noise from outside. Its a pretty quite place. There aren't any kids that hang out in the parking lot or drug dealers like someone else said. Everyone seems pretty nice but keeps to themselves. The maintenance people are pretty good and are friendly. Washer and drier is not in every building but not a huge problem. Half the parking spots aren't filled. When it rains hard there is a little river that forms when you step from the sidewalk to the curb. Nothing that is to bad though. Seems like everyone has a dog but cleans up after them.

I searched for a month for an apartment within a 5 mile radius and this was the best deal for the quality and size of the apartment. If I had to do it all over again I would get a 1st floor apartment so I wouldn't bother my neighbors with my noise.
