High end in Trenton

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
GCV (aka the Cigar Factory) is the nicest rental property in Trenton. Rents go up to $1500 for the 2 BR units with deck. However, The management company doesn't really take care of the building. In different hands the Cigar Factory could be a gem.

14' ceilings. 9 ' windows. Decks. Havana architecture.

In any event, it is the only high end option in Trenton.
