This apartments are lovely because they are brand new / brand new everything ! Since they are brand new noone can find you or get directions since the address does not come up! The maintenance guy is horrible with everything rude and does not get to the problem in time! The apartments since they have high ceilings and opened your heating and air bills will be huge which you have to pay for everything only thing that is included is cold water! Since moving out we have had nothing but problems with the Owners Hilton Realty ! I would not recommand this apartments for the price is way too high / the maintenance stinks and the owners are rude as well! Also out of all my neighbors I had two that would say hello not that friendly! The only thing the apartment has going for them is PATTY! :) Also when they were being build the price was on the apartment guide etc internet! Then moving in the first year they were ready the price already was higher ! I mean seriously you can own something for less or the same price! Think of the whole year of money being spent on this apartment of what you can OWN! Hopefully this helps some people!
