The maintenance team is incompetent and lazy. Many of the new appliances do not work properly, e.g. AC unit. Doors to rooms will not properly close. Rental office personnel often time is rude or inconsiderate.

I recently called about an apartment and they were extremely rude. You would think office personnel would like to be more friendly to future tenants. Ticked me off right away. I completely agree with you.
