I lived here for two years and I must say it was not only the best apartment I have ever lived in, they are some of the nicest apartments I have been in period. My girlfriend and I would often visit friends paying a similar price for their apartments and we would think how lucky we are to have something as nice and well maintained as Heritage Court. It's extremely quiet, except for the occasional train. However, the proximity to the train is a huge plus if you work in Philly or along the R3. You can walk to it. The only thing I ever had a problem with was the insulation. It can get fairly drafty in the winter. However the heating/ac system does a nice job. I highly recommend it. Patty and the staff are as nice and helpful as can be.
