I must say upfront that I am not, nor have ever been a tennant of Heritage Court. I was (up until today that is) interested in the property based on what I read on this website and in the apartmentfinder catalog. I called the leasing/mgmt office and some woman answered the phone- clearly she had an attitude problem. I introduced myself and indicated I had a few questions. She sat there silently, not a word. I indicated in which catalog I found the complex, and in a rude tone she cut me off and corrected me. When I discussed the date of my availability, she merely replied, "I don't have anything available." I then asked her if that's for the forseeable future (when by all rights I should've hung up by then)... she, in her nasty tone repeated exactly what she just said before. I just hung up on her.

Heritage Court may be a very nice place to live but I guarantee you I'll never find out. If you're this rude to me now, how exactly would you plan to treat me once I'm under contract'

Reviews are always a one-sided slander when two parties are involved but only one is voicing a complaint. The leasing agent is usually just frank and straight forward she might come off being a little short, perhaps you're not accustomed to this, or perhaps the would be tenant who hung up on the agent had an attitude as well and her responses were in the same tone. I've lived there for over a year now, everytime i've had to talk to her she's been pleasant and funny.

there is a difference between frank & rude, and being "accustomed to this" is absolutely no justification for a poor attitude on the part of someone in a customer-service role. Perhaps all your phone calls were answered by Ellen DeGeneres, but I found nothing pleasant or funny about the call.

Yes i also spoke with this woman, when looking for an apartment last year. She is so rude to the point that we opted not to move there, but move to another complex in Lawrenceville. Eventhough it's slightly higher priced, we love the staff there and have not regretted our final decision one bit!
