Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I had problem with the Heat setting,
i asked the manager many times that,
our apartment was not getting enough hear, when we put a temperature meter, it shows about 60 - 65F
i paid about 100$ just for electricity every month.

the maintenance guy has no answer to what i ask.

i don't recommend this apartment in winter.
