i felt compelled to write this after reading such a negative review from "mike." i have lived here at Royal Crest for quite some time and i have never had a problem with the heat,especially with having newer windows. my electric bill is very low when compared to bills from friends that live in homes and condos. maintenance is very responsive and always prompt. i love my apartment, it is a very good size and this is a very nice and quiet community to live in. the grounds are kept very well, and i was impressed with the new playground that was built not that long ago. i would recommend royal crest to any and everyone!!!
