Maintanaice is clueless don?t even bother calling they will just argue with you from the second they walk in the door and then make up something to get out. I have been blamed for everything that broke including the cheapest closet doors possible to buy. Far far far too expensive for what you get. I have never been late with the rent but was forced to live with broken appliances and smoke detectors for months with no credit. If you rent an apartment from these people be ready to deal with mice, bugs, and rudness.
