Nice location but Maintenance sucks

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
I am living for almost a year now.
I complained several times for maintenance but they just don't respond but never forget to collect the rent before first of every month. The kitchen closet is of poor quality
and is broken for quite a few apartments.
