During 2 years of college me and a few friends rented a 2 bedroom. Rent started at 1250 for a 2 bed/2 bath back in 1999-2000. Our second year rates went up and we also got a dog (has to be under 40 lbs.) so rent was over 1400!! Way too high for a complex with the worst maintenance and rather rude management. I agree with the Seedy people reference in the a previous post. Forget renting managed properties in Lawrenceville all together unless you want to pay premiums for nothing special.....



Many residents do not care since they are on corporate leases and company is paying their rent (may explain why rents ar so high). They do rent to Rider and TCNJ students if they prove income so it can be noisey at times.
