I have lived here for a few months and was really suprised when I saw this website. I have had a good experience since moving in, no complaints. Everyone is very nice and willing to help you out when you need it. My dishwasher broke last week, and the maintenance team came right away to fix it. They ended up replacing my dishwasher for me, but the day that they came to fix it, they did my dishes for me! I couldn't believe it- thats definetly going the extra mile.
