Steward's Crossing is a peaceful place to live. It is remote to 95/295/Rt.1. There is a diverse pool of people that live here but it remains a quiet area.
My only gripes are the high rent you pay for a not so great apartment. The appliances are mediocre. I don't think that they repainted the apartment or even vacuumed the floors before I moved in. The maintenence staff is horrible. They are messy and take forever to do a simple job.
Also, the parking isn't the best. If you come in after 9pm then plan to make a small walk.
In the summer months you will find occasional bugs (some big but mostly small) on your walls. This is probably due to the wooded area that surrounds the complex. Also, there are pigeons that fly around and leave droppings on your deck.
All neighbors are friendly and I haven't had issues with noise. There is a pool, workout room and tennis court that you don't have to pay extra money for.
This place would be great to live in if the rent was much lower and some utilities were at least included. (By the way, there is a shared water bill for the complex you live in) They are getting way too much $$ for not the best quality or service.
Perhaps you will have a better experience.
