Too much $$$ - Bad Maintenance From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/29/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I have lived here for several months and it isn't worth the hassle. I have noticed several seedy characters living in my complex that have nightly visits with cars that "stop by". We've had many maintenance problems that, to date, still haven't been fixed after months of complaints. You are responsible for ALL utilities, they just recently installed individual unit water meters. I can never find parking later in the evening that is close to my apartment. The rugs are cheap, when we vacuum it sucks up a good amount of the fibers.
