It is perfect. The walls aren't soundproof, but I really don't think there's an apartment complex built in the past 20 years that has that. The staff is friendly from selling you on the place to when you move out. I think that the comments prior to the beginning of 2005 should be taken with a grain of salt due to a new management team taking over the property.

The community is 11 years old and in a secluded area. The rent is expensive but compared to its competitors in the area it is right in line for age, sq footage, and number of bedrooms.

Be sure to ask if there are any incentives based on who you work for. Telling them my employer got my security deposit waived, 1 month's free rent, and the application fee waived.
