Reasonably helpful staff, but billing is bizarre--water bills that never changed, even when I was a way, which was a lot. Mysterious unannounced "sewer" bills that show up at random. Advertised as a "luxury" apartment--what a joke. Old appliances, bathroom in terrible condition, brand new carpeting but walls that look like they had been patched by kids, very sloppy paint jobs, kitchen counter warped and ready to crack, stained and peeling wallpaper on kitchen wall--you call this "luxury"' Described as a very safe community--and someone tried to break into my apartment two weeks after I moved in... Took two months and four phone calls to fix the sticking front door. Had to repair a leaking faucet myself. Nice but minimal amenities, polite but often incompetent staff--it's a real mixed bag.
