I'm just going to list the main talking points instead of going into a long-winded narrative (which I could):

-The maintenance staff was unable to fix most of our housing issues (broken fan in bathroom, clogged sink) if they even came at all. It took 3-4 complaints for someone to finally show up.

-The staff was a mix of people who actually did their job and incompetent individuals (leaning toward the incompetence).

-Early in the morning (6-7 am) was when the grounds crew decided to begin working, which woke myself and my roomate up on a fairly regular basis.

- Parking was adequate most of the time but it was sometimes difficult to find a space near your apartment.

- There were stains already present on the countertop, which we noted in our initial move in form, but we were still charged for these already present stains.

- Speaking of move out charges: we were charged over 800 dollars for a carpet stain, the aforementioned countertop stains and a few VERY minor scratches on the wall. They replaced the carpet for this one stain and charged us fully for the new carpet and removal costs.

- We were not even told of these charges until we received a second notice, which threatened to bring bill collectors and lawyers into the fray. We never received an initial notice.

- The water tasted beyond funky.

- The water pressure was not very powerful, I often felt like I was being peed on while showering.

There is more to the story but I will leave it at those complaints. It is a decent place to live but the administrative process and staff are pretty awful.
