Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
You can hear absolutely everything!! And I mean EVERYTHING!! And dont go to anyone go complain about any noise you will get a run around or nasty comments. My fiance and I lived there in 2000 and there was a fight in the parking lot everynight. The upstairs neighbors eventually got so noisy and noone would do anything about it, we eventually ended up putting our bed in our dining room until our lease was up!!
