It is okay. Although the people live on the grounds, it is very hard to get any repairs completed in a timely manner. Especially on the weekends. They have a lot of skunk and squirrell problems in the area.

Parking is horible. They allow people to abandon their unregistered and uninsured cars on the premises for lengthly periods of time.

Their gounds keeping is okay in the summer but winter when it snows you better be prepared to shovel yourself. They tend to remove at their convenience not the tenants.

Safety is a concern. The bushes are too high in some areas of the complex and especially near the doorway of some of the apartments where people can hide and jump out at you.

Safty is a major issue there. I lived there from August 1998 to June 2001 and in 2000 I got mugged at gun point at 7 Wilbur court all because those bushed were too high and they hid behind them AND there are no security lights outside.
