Overall the one bedroom apartment size is decent with two deep closets for extra storage. The bedroom itself is very large. The bathroom has had tiles coming out of the floor since I moved in, the toilet leaks so much there is a dent in the floor around it and they have replaced the tub faucets at least five times in the five years I've lived there. The floors are hardwood and creak with every step or should I say stomp with every step if there is someone living above you. I live in a courtyard setting and can hear darn near every word a neighbor speaks, which is also annoying because they get all in your business. Unless you love looking at the same people day after day don't let them put you in a courtyard setting. I'm at the point where I keep my blinds closed.
