Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
It would be all right if they had normal floors. We could not sleep because of the neighbor from upstairs (he did nothing, but was walking around his apt all night long, it was terrible). Other than that, it's all right. No problems with parking, no roaches (at least in my apt), maintenance usu comes, but not always fixes the problems.
