Winding Brook Apartments

Awful place to live. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 2 responses   The appliances are all old; the walls are dirty and the place has a terrible smell. Very unpleasant at the rental office. Only 2 people work there. I spoke with the manager(Cathy White) in the rental office and she could have cared less. She is rude and very unfriendly and her assistant(Amanda)is even worse. Amanda is very unprofessional in her talking and the way she is dressed,I thought I was in a club.If something breaks,you have to keep calling Amanda at least 20 times before they even come out to fix it. Very unprofessional and causes a lot of people to leave or not rent there. The complex is half empty, a lot of people have moved out. They raise the rent every year about 3%. I would strongly urge you to look some where else. You can get a lot more for your money. My lease ends in a few months. THANK GOD!! Good luck in your search.
