The appliances are all old; the walls are dirty and the place has a terrible smell. Very unpleasant at the rental office. Only 2 people work there. I spoke with the manager(Cathy White) in the rental office and she could have cared less. She is rude and very unfriendly and her assistant(Amanda)is even worse. Amanda is very unprofessional in her talking and the way she is dressed,I thought I was in a club.If something breaks,you have to keep calling Amanda at least 20 times before they even come out to fix it.
Very unprofessional and causes a lot of people to leave or not rent there. The complex is half empty, a lot of people have moved out. They raise the rent every year about 3%.
I would strongly urge you to look some where else. You can get a lot more for your money.
My lease ends in a few months. THANK GOD!!

Well i actually this it is a great place to live, and when i called for maintance he came in less than 48 hrs to fix my doorbell and gave me a new doorbell trim..The appliance are not that old the countertops are marble and they gave me a brand new refridgerater and blinds and for the price of 820 a month in hamilton..is the best u can get plus its very spacious..and very quite..

Marble countertops, where do you live at? EVERYTHING here is old and dirty. Winding brook is infested with waterbugs the size of my feet! Amanda & Cathy are NO HELP what so ever and are even ruder. I think they probally live with ---- roaches and like it. This place is horrible STAY AWAY BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY BEWARE!!!!!

I agree with the unprofessional way Cathy runs things. Shes been there since the building was built,don't expect change old and set in her ways. Old windows doors and the smell I can't figure what it does smell like. When we moved out they charged us for things that didn't even come with the apartment but they won somebody is doing the lawyer and he is old. Ewwww
