I MOVED IN NOVEMBER OF 2008 PLACE SEEM NICE DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBOOR SMOKES LIKE A CHEMNEY SMOKE SMELL FILLS MY APARTMENT EVEEYDAY. APARTMENT PAINT IS CHEAP WALLS CRACK.MOLD IN BATHROOM CEILING PAINT IS NOT MOLD AND MILDEW RESISTANT.IF YOU NEED SOMETHING FIXED YOUR BETTER OFF DOING IT YOURSELF THEY WILL NOT COME OUT AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU ATTITUDE FOR CALLING AND COMPLAINING.OFFICE STAFF ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL,THEY HAVE LOST MY RENT TWICE ONLY TO CALL ME AND SAY OOPS WE HAD IT UNDER SOMEONE ELSE FILE(WHO DOES THAT).iF YOU MENTION RENT.COM AS YOUR SOUCRE THEY WILL HONOR THE SPECIALS SO YOUR CAN GET YOU 1ST MONTH FREE BUT WILL EXTEND YOUR LEASE TO 13MONTHS,ALSO IF YOU SEE A SPECIAL IN THE PAPER FOR 1ST MONTH FREE $250 SECURITY OR JUST 1MONTH FREE THEY WILL EXTEND YOUR LEASE IF YOU WANT THIS SPECIAL OR IF DO NOT WANT TAKE THE SPECIAL WITH THE 13 MONTH LEASE THEY WILL DENY THE SPECIAL. Make sure if you give them written notice of moving in the time they specify. Or they automaticallly renew your lease for another year and there is nothing you can do about it since it is in your first lease. Run far from this place. I did!!!
