Make sure you hand your rent checks DIRECTLY to the office workers- otherwise, they will lose your checks (and swear you never handed them in). The fine is ridiculous for "late" checks, and therefore you are out an additional $50.

We currently live here... We have had issue after issue. They don't enforce the carpeting rule well, so our neighbors upstairs STILL don't have carpeting 6 months later!!!! We can hear EVERYTHING they do!!!!!!
