I just love my Apartment - I have been living here at Royal Crest for about 3 years. Living at Dover. Pros: Great price. Nice size apartments. Neighbors are usually friendly. Not too noisy. Always have a parking spot. Maintenance is great and friendly. Close to shopping so you don't have to go very far to get what you need. Management is pretty nice.

Affordable, clean, and adequate I have had no problems at Dover Manor. It is managed by professionals that care for the community. Wish I had a washer and dryer though. Laundry rooms are in the basement. I noticed that the newer units are leasing with them. That is my only complaint.
