Townhome community is the nicest in this area. Just a few years old so everything is basically new and works well. Community is safe and quiet. Management is excellent and responds quickly to service calls. If you are sensitive to noise from next door neighbors, you'll appreciate the double fire walls. The rent is a little high but you get a private garage, laundry room and spacious layout. You also have access to a nice swimming pool, sauna and fitness center.
The big negative... high ceilings, poor insulation and cheap windows lead to high heating bills.
