I am currently a resident of Mill run..my #1 w/ a bullet complaint is the NOISE FROM THE PEOPLE UPSTAIRS....WHY DO U RENT UPSTAIRS APTS TO PEOPLE W/ YOUNG CHILDREN??????? THERE IS NO WAY THE PEOPLE UNDER THEM.. WILL EVER HAVE ANY PEACE..THERE SHOULD BE STRICT STIPULATION FOR PEOPLE W/ SMALL CHLDREN WHO WANT UPSTAIRS APT..I AM SURE THEIR THINKING IS OH THERE WON'T BE ANYONE WALKING AROUND OVER MY HEAD...WELL DUH! U ARE WALKING AND STOMPING AND DROPPING CHAIRS AND HEAVY OBJECTS OVER OTHER PEOPLE HEAD. WHO WANT TO COME HOME FROM WORK AND BE SUJECTED TO OTHER PEOPLES NOISES...I CHOSE A DOWNSTAIR APT BECAUSE I HAVE A TEENAGER WHO LIKE TO LISTEN TO HER CDS I HAVE INSTRUCTED HER THAT SHE CAN NOT PLAY HER MUSIC TOO LOUD BECAUSE THIS IS DISTRUBING SO WE GOT SOME HEADPHONES AND SHE CAN ENJOY HER MUSIC....BUT WE ARE STILL SUBJECTED TO THE NOISE UPSTAIRS...I HAVE SPOKEN TO THEM BUT IT WAS LIKE I SAID NOTHING..I AM HERE FOR THE SCHOOLS...BUT I WILL NOT STAY IN THESE APTS..I NEED SOME PEACE IN MY LIFE ..IF U COULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE NOISE IT WOULD BE A PRETTY DECENT PLACE TO STAY FOR THE PRICE..RENTING OFFICE SHOULD STEER FAMILIES W/ SMALL CHILDREN TO DOWNSTAIR APTS
