Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
This place is OK if you only plan to stay 1 or 2 years tops. Anymore than that and it is a nightmare. the apartment starts to fall apart. Not enough closet space, I think the rooms are small. If you are on the second floor you are required to buy rugs at your own expense so that 1st floor neighbors don?t hear any noise, which they hear any way because the walls are so thin you can hear every and I mean every thing !
Maintenance needs to do a better job of cleanig up snow and ice before someone falls and breaks every bone in their body. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Maintenance is usually responsive when you call to have them fix something inside.
Garbage pick up is insufficient, somtimes people don?t even bother to put it in the bin, theyjust leave it on the ground which leads to vermin.
rent is ridiculous. no on site laudry. No playground for kids,
On the plus side most of the neighbors are nice
