Maintenance is non-existent in our apartment. I can't use the under sink cabinet in the kitchen because the wood is rotted and mildewed from the constant leak from the cheap fixtures. The entire faucet is loose and I have complained numerous times. I guess it won't be replaced until I move out or get scalded. You haven't lived until you've tried to open or close the kitchen cabinets from the layers of old paint that clog the hinges. I asked them to replace a washer to stop the constant drip from the faucet and was told I had to call on Monday as they didn't have access to faucet washers on the weekend.The hallway is dirty and it smells. The carpet in the hall is filthy. Please don't take your trash out without proper shoes. I can't remember when I last saw a cleaning crew removing debris from the grounds. We pay way too much rent not to be able to enjoy our space. I do not plan to spend another year here.
