2002-2004 ONLY, THE NEIGHBORS ARE NICE, I LIVED ON A QUIET STREET - NOT ENTIRELY IN THE "VILLAGE" AS I HEARD. SCHOOL SYSTEM, O.K BUT NOT WORTH ME STAYING ANY LONGER. WALLS ARE THIN, YOU HEAR IT ALL - I MEAN ALL.
HALLWAYS COULD USE A THOROUGH CLEANING, POSSIBLE HOSE DOWN BY FIRE DEPARTMENT. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH BUGS OR RATS. PARKING O.K, I WAS ON A SIDE STREET. MILDEW/MOLD/FUNGUS GROWING IN BATHROOM IS DISGUSTING, HAPPENS FREQUENTLY. NO PROBLEM WITH MAINTANCE CAME WHEN CALL AND NOT WHEN CALLED. MANAGEMENT FREQUENTLY VISITS YOUR APARTMENTS WHEN YOU ARE NOT THERE, CHECKING YOUR CLOSETS FOR OVER NIGHT VISTORS OF THE OPPOSITE SEX THAT ARE NOT ON THE LEASE, HAS CONNECTIONS WITH SCHOOL WHEN REGISTARING CHILDREN - WANABE CIA IN TRAINING.
