Rent is ridiculous; no rent control

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002

I have been living at Mill Run going on three years. I like the community and my neighborhood, but rent is very high. I pay enough rent to own a home ($1105). I have a two-bedroom in Union. Although I am not dissatisfied with the living conditions, I am dissatisfied with the continous 4% rent increase every year.
