Seven Years Here

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2005
 
I've lived here for 7 years and have seen different owners who didn't do anything but raise the rent. The new owners came in a few months ago and have done more in months that others didn't do in years.

I heard they are going to start upgrading tenants apts to.
